What kind of church is Christ the King?

Christ the King is a part of the Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod (LCMS), with deep roots in the Newbury Park, Thousand Oaks and Conejo Valley communities. We seek to draw people into an ever-deepening relationship with God and one another in the body of Christ. Our worship is vibrant and full of praise through band, song, and drama. Our teaching is relevant to today’s world and challenging to the growth of our spiritual walk as forgiven followers of Jesus Christ. We’re inspired knowing God’s Word is applicable to our lives, and we are active in demonstrating Christ’s love through love and service. That’s why, at Christ the King, we strive to Love God, Love People, and Serve the Community. We invite you to come worship with us!
